TERMS OF SALE, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  • Shipping conditions:
    All our products are shipped pre-assembled and ready for installation, with the exception of sliding, fixed, and hinged fly screens. In these cases, the fly screens are sent with all components cut to size but not assembled, as it is impossible to guarantee the transport of assembled panels without them being damaged. We carry out all shipments with extra-strong cardboard and/or bubble wrap packaging to prevent possible damage during transport.

    We kindly ask that upon receipt of the goods, you add the note "ACCEPTED SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" whenever possible, in order to be able to make a claim with the carrier in case of any issues.
  • Withdrawal and Product Return
    In accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November of the Law for the Defence of Users and Consumers, once the order is confirmed, the right of withdrawal does not apply to our products as they are custom-made products.

    In the event of manufacturing defects, we take responsibility for any anomalies and reserve the right to request the full return of the product either to verify the anomaly or to proceed with its rectification.

  • Delivery times for white and standard colours:
    Our delivery time for all our products is 7 working days. Our production is organised to ensure this timeframe and shorten it whenever possible. However, this period may be affected by stock shortages, occasional delays in the delivery of essential raw materials for manufacturing, peak work periods during the season, or other causes.

  • Holiday periods
    From 15th July, we cannot guarantee deliveries of raw materials for manufacturing (especially coatings). For this reason, it is possible that some orders received from 15th July onwards may not be delivered until September. Similarly, all orders received during the month of August will be delivered from September onwards.

  • Warranty
    All our products come with a 2-year warranty for material or manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper installation of the product.
